He Biffs 'em and Bops 'em!
Popeye actually seems to kill Bluto in this one! Love the anthropomorphic animals in this...Popeye, Olive Oyl and Bluto are nearly the only humans in this...Betty Boop has a head that is about half a cubic yard in size, so she doesn't appear precisely human. Don't know if this is 'banned' for Betty being topless under her lei or the hapless stereotype Black fellow whose job in the carnival is to let his head be a target for hurled baseballs. That, at least, is historically acurate.
